Everything. The staff, the parking and the ease at finding it. The breakfast in particular was brilliant and loved the pancake machine. Instructions for everything from parking to making pancakes. All staff were super helpful, Maria offered to order us taxi for going into town. Also lovely man at breakfast helped us with preparing our eggs. We will definitely return.

Really very good hotel. Next time we are passing this way we will stay here. Loved the staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a good place. There are restaurants, a Service station with electric chargers and a supermarket. Also, we spotted a Lidl across the road from the garage. There is a garage attached to the hotel with gated secure parking. It’s easy to get to from the motorway. Breakfast was good.

Very easy to access, not a long way off the highway so perfect as a stop in the long journey. Staff is friendly, rooms are smallish but comfy, a bit overpriced, but what isn't nowadays? Also there's SkyDream within 2 minutes walking which is a hamburgers joint (good ones and excellent quality price ratio) and a VR playroom. What else could a geek request? This is not the first time we stay at this hotel, that we like for the convenience and family friendly staff, but now we'll come back every time for sure thanks to SkyDream.

We were greeted very well by Edourado who was very helpful and had a lovely sense of humour, aa great start to our stay. Parking was excellent in a secure yard behind the hotel. THe room was very good, comfortable and had pleasent views from the window. The Breakfast was OK - as it was a "Spanish" breakfast and not something we were used to.

Clean and comfy, great location- just straight down the road into the heart of the town, close to the desert, close to major routes. Clean and bright cafeteria style area in the front of the hotel and a seating area in the sun just outside. It was a perfect stopover on our way from France to Spain. There is secure parking behind the hotel. As you arrive it looks like a trading estate but keep going, the hotel is at the end. No spectacular views from our room but the desert and mountains are all around.

Very helpful, friendly team. Secure car park to rear. Standard of room and modern decor. Generally very clean and well-maintained. Location good for local shops, Lidl, amenities and road connections.

Room was clean and modern and staff friendly. Didn’t have breakfast as leaving early. In a good position for us as travelling back to U.K. and easy access to main route to Poitier

For an extra charge you were able to have as much as you required, either hot or cold buffet . Good value for money. Secure parking at no extra cost. During the evening of our arrival we ordered a couple of drinks to be delivered to us on the terrace. Yes we had to wait ,perhaps 10 minutes, for them to arrive due to reception being very busy. Because we had to wait they advised that the drinks were on the house. How many establishments would have done that ?

This is an excellent hotel with secure parking and very friendly staff. It is just on the outskirts of town, a 40 minute walk so it serves best as a quick stopover. Tudela is well worth visiting, however, and the owner does also have apartments in the town. Thank you again, Fran!

Absolutely everything. When you arrive you are made to feel very welcome. All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. The manager is a absolute delight and even remembers us from previous visits. The location is good and the secure parking is a real bonus. The hotel is warm and clean, well maintained and the buffet breakfast is excellent value.
